Is there an Heirloom in your closet waiting for a new life?

Send Joanie your favorite photo of your pet dog, cat, horse, family, child, baby, home or a photograph of anything you choose and she will transform it into a painting.

The fine art piece that Joanie creates will be a little different than other paintings you may have seen. Joanie uses a traditional style and technique combined with today’s technology to hand paint your portrait from the photographic image to achieve a truly unique giclee painting.

About the Giclee process
(Giclee is a French word pronounced gee-clay). The quality is the best possible reproduction of Joanie’s work. Certified archival, these Giclee reproductions are the most advanced technology. Giclee’s have a lifetime of over 70 years without fading in any light source.

Joanie uses the some motion and technique that she used prior to today’s digital technology. She has total control over color and light, which allows her to bring out the emotional expressiveness of the image. Paintings can be created on two finishes, fine art paper (a beautiful acid free textured fine art paper) or on canvas. Portraits can be color or black and white. She will create an heirloom that you will treasure for a lifetime.

Your painting will be hand painted, unlike the automated or computerized “prints on canvas” services.

Once Joanie has finished your painting, she will email you a preview of the painting so you can review it and confirm that you love it! Most of her clients confirm their painting when receiving the first preview; however, if you are not completely satisfied, please feel free to let her know. She will make the changes and email you another proof. You can request a paper proof of your painting for $25.00. Paper proofs are not returnable.

After you have confirmed the approval of your painting and made the final payment, she will package your painting and ship it to you. She offers “no worries shipping” because all of the paintings are professionally packed, and shipped via FedEx or UPS.
